Kelle Kitchel-Cooper is the founder and CEO of The RockFish Group, a full-service marketing, public relations and design firm that was created to provide a, “One Source Solution,” for clients nationwide. Kitchel-Cooper also focuses on being a collaborative partner to businesses and organizations in her local and regional communities. Kitchel-Cooper has always been a highly motivated results orientated; Marketing, PR, Sales, and Business Development Leader and has a proven track record of; overachievement, leadership, and innovation. In addition, Kelle was awarded and is now recognized as a 100% Minority Business by the state of Washington as part of the, http://www.omwbe.wa.gov program. Kelle has brought together a team of industry leaders to help businesses with everything from; graphic design to logo creation, public relations campaigns to website development. In addition, under her direction her team created a new division, “RockFish Launch,” which was formed to help clients kick off a new campaign or launch a new product or service with onsite event planning and execution and has done so for businesses that range from Hales Ales to Blue Heron Jeweler’s. This comprehensive approach has proven very successful with clients seeing a greater than anticipated ROI. Kelle is at heart a very community oriented person and actively supports and sits on the boards of multiple non-profits and as such has encouraged the members of her team at the RockFish Group to support their choice of local non-profits as well. Under Kelle’s leadership, The RockFish Group has joined the Kitsap Humane Society marketing board and provided them with graphic design services for their Pets walk and Auction events. The RockFish Group has managed the public relations and website maintenance for North Kitsap Little League and sits on their board. Created new logos and branding pieces for the Kitsap Economic Development Alliance and has been successful at helping Port Ludlow Resort create a new and refreshed image and brand right down to the tag line.
